Free Shipping Policy: 4Fathers Organics offers free 3-5 business day regular USPS shipping (excluding COVID delays) on all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). This policy is subject to change at anytime. Our advertised time-frame assumes that the USPS is operating in a manner that is ordinary and customary and that our shipments are properly handled and delivered by the USPS. All charges for any other shipping method will be billed directly to the customer and payment thereof shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Free Local Delivery Policy: 4Fathers Organics offers free local delivery within the village of Dansville New York, which will be made within 2-business days from the date of purchase. This policy is subject to change at anytime. It is the customers responsibility to request local delivery, to provide a clear and accurate description of the delivery location, including the recipients name, address and telephone number. While 4Fathers Organics will make reasonable efforts to honor any special delivery instructions, it reserves the right of refuse any special delivery instructions for which, in its sole discretion, it deems burdensome, costly or unreasonable. Any dates or times that the customer does not allow delivery, shall be added to the quoted 2-business day time-frame for delivery.

 

In-Store & Curbside Pick-Up Policy: Customers who place online orders for in-store pick-up may pick-up their order immediately after their purchase at anytime during normal business hours. All curbside deliveries must be arranged during normal business hours and confirmed via telephone by the customer calling (585) 335-2223. Once the customer arrives at the 4Fathers Organics store, they are to call the store at (585) 335-2223 so that the person attending the store is aware that the customer is waiting to directly receive their order. All in-store & curb-side pick-up orders must be picked-up up by the customer within 10-business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by 4Fathers CBD, or else the entire order will be subject to forfeiture without refund.

 

 

Return of Product Refund Policy: All refund requests shall be made in either in person at 117 Franklin St., STE 200, Dansville NY 14437 or in writing at shop@4fathersorganics.com within 30-days of purchase. As part of our 4Fathers Guarantee, if customers are not satisfied with their product, they can request a refund or another product of their choosing within 30 days of their purchase. Paid Subscription Refund Policy: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

 

Cancellation Policy: Customers who have signed up for an auto-pay subscription may cancel anytime but must do so no less than 7 calendar days prior to their scheduled auto-pay date in order to avoid being charged for the current month in which the cancellation request is made. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to shop@4fathersorganics.com.
